Your role:

• Understand strategic educational needs to support usage and penetration of Philips IGTD Coronary Vascular technologies

• Design training programs to support countries to grow market adoption

• Identify and understand unmet training needs, and provide guidance to help elaborate customize training programs

• Partner cross-functionally with the respective Business Units to ensure training relevance

• Build and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers

• Measure trainings effectiveness/proficiency and track results post-trainings

• Set-up a process to ensure appropriate follow-up and continued education post trainings

• Continuously look for innovative and creative ways to deliver trainings

You're the right fit if:

• Medical background with proven exposure in interventional cardiology

• Experience in a training and education is an advantage

• Medical devices industry experience preferred

• Ability to design and execute training programs

• Communicate clearly, concisely, accurately and completely with the ability to adjust communication style to targeted audience and culture

• Able to operate effectively in multicultural matrix organization

• Proficient in computer applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Windows, Adobe etc.) required

• Knowledge of proper English usage, grammar, spelling, vocabulary and of generally accepted office practices, procedures and equipment

• Travel up to 40% within territory
