What will you do?

- Manage suppliers portfolio : ordering and rescheduling in / out
- Manage daily shortage and preshortage Root Cause Analysis
- Challenge and smooth suppliers’ portfolio : Manual order intake – reschedule of portfolio according to production capacity
- Daily contact with suppliers internal plant’s department – be the link with production planning and warehouse
- Manage Logistic Non conformity : upstream
- Material management : make sure that ERP data is clean
- Invoices management : deal with suppliers and forwarders to ensure invoices payment on time
- Track and challenge Transport budget : invoices check + monthly report + alerts on deviation
- Weekly KPI reporting – back up on meeting animation
- Monthly forecast plug-in SAP
- Be part of supply chain development projects
What qualifications will make you successful?
- You speak French and English
- You are able to work on site
- Knowledge of Excel (VBA is a plus)
- SAP knowledge is a plus
