For our Channel Transformation team we are looking for a Go-To-Market Manager with Channel Expertise or vice versa, a Channel Steering Manager with GTM expertise.
The mission of Channel Transformation team is to define, drive and market the channel transformation strategy for our different brands and consumer segments and to accelerate the digitization of customer journeys, interactions, and experiences.
To make this happen we are searching for strategic support to translate our service propositions into specific channel & interaction strategies and roadmap and to drive the roll-out to bring our strategy to life.

Role and responsibilities
- As a GTM/ channel steering expert, you take a leading role in refining the service propositions into channel roles and to develop, optimize and adapt the go-to-channel strategies and tactics
- You commercialize and promote these creative omnichannel strategies while maximizing the potential of the current channels and do this in close collaboration with all involved teams
- Apart from the strategic work, you will also drive the roll-out of the strategy and plan: you follow-up the implementation of usecases, delivery of the capabilities, define the impact on the channel way of working, reporting needs etc
- You continuously monitor the evolution in our market and at competitors. You adapt our plans and anticipate
- And obviously, you keep an eye on the balance between customer value and business value. You identify and understand customer needs and update the experience from the customer's point of view or initiate completely new improvement processes
This is you
- You have the necessary experience in crafting CVPs, business casing, GTM, and channel strategy. You know exactly how to turn your strategy into a go-to-channel approach. Having led a digital transformation project would even be better.
- More happy customers, that's what you do it for. You know how to make interactions and journeys effortless and respectful for the customer
- Your strengths include conceptual thinking and establishing scenarios, and you dare to take strategic decisions. You have no problem defending these decisions at various hierarchical levels within our organization
- Interpreting data and insights is part and parcel of this job, and this is another of your strengths. This skill helps you take well-founded decisions and monitor business performance
- The use of digital tools and techniques is second nature to you. You use them readily to achieve your goals
- You speak and write Dutch or French, and English fluently
- Finally, you describe yourself as creative and flexible, entrepreneurial and results oriented. You are a team player who communicates well and can deal with a multitude of stakeholders
