Field Service Engineer Chemistry, you will play a key role in the
installation,
maintenance, and
repair of IBA's state-of-the-art equipment and systems at our facilities or our customers' sites. Your mission will be to deliver reliable, high-quality products that exceed customer expectations, ensuring utmost satisfaction and compliance with defined timelines.
Challenges we trust you with
- Install and set up equipment/systems, adhering to planning, timeline procedures, and operational processes.
- Actively identify and report bugs to the Development Team, conducting thorough equipment testing in accordance with specifications.
- Maintain and repair equipment/systems, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Operate installed sites and equipment/systems to ensure smooth daily functionality.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers, ensuring safe and optimal use of equipment/systems, and offer expert advice on spare parts and upgrades.
- Precisely document all interventions and actions taken, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Offer valuable insights and recommendations to customers on equipment opportunities, showcasing your expertise in the field.
What we value
- Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or Engineering and affinity with Chemistry, or Master in Production Management, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English due to the international context.
- Enthusiastic about the Electro mechanics and Chemistry fields, eager to expand knowledge through continuous training.
- A proactive, driven, and hands-on individual who takes initiative and works autonomously.
