Your challenge
As a Service Manager, you act as liaison between the customer and OMP’s customer services department.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining existing business with a specific customer.
- Improving customer services (support) and enhancing customer satisfaction by collaborating with different teams.
- Preparing and chairing service meetings with specific customers regarding SLA performance and incident escalation.
- Discussing collaboration improvements for both OMP and our customers.

We solve issues before they turn into problems and ensure flawless maintenance and upgrades.
