We seek a highly motivated and skilled GIS Functional Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with client teams to implement best practices.
Responsibilities:
-Analyze automatable IT processes adapted to business processes.
-Write functional specifications (use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.).
-Translate functional specifications into complete test scenarios (step, data, etc.).
-Ensure that specifications are passed on to developers and adequately understood.
-Coordinate the drafting of application instructions with the Process Owner support team.
-Execute integration and performance tests defined in test scenarios.
-Assist business users in the execution of their acceptance tests.
-Document problems detected during the various tests and forward them to the developers.
-Monitor the resolution of detected problems and ensure the quality of the correction.
-Investigate and diagnose incidents and problems reported by application users.
