You will- Ensure the welcome, safety and quality of the children's supervision within the Baby, Petit, Mini and Junior Club
- Frame, motivate and make the teams grow
- Work in coordination with all the services of the resort
- Organize events for the children
- Guarantee the application and respect of the PMI standards, Establish and monitor budgetary objectives with supervisors
