Responsibilities
As a Business Manager in our company, you will be in charge of developing our activity into new markets. You will work autonomously on the recruitment and management of a team of experts, providing engineering services.
For that, you will :
- Build and develop :
- A diversed client's portfolio (through prospecting, networking, communicating ...)
A qualified candidates database (through sourcing, networking, communicating ...)
- Coach, brief and introduce your candidates to our clients in order to answer their engineering needs
- Maintain a healthy relationship with clients and with your experts team, in order to ensure a high-quality collaboration
- Cooperate with our recruitment team to select candidates and optimize the database
We aim for various industrial sectors and work mainly with electromechanics, automation, electricity and project management engineers.
Must have
- An academic background in an engineering field
- At least 3 years of experience in business development and / or recruitment in an industrial sector
- Ability to speak French and English fluently
